Tone Fitness Compact Aerobic Step Platform | Exercise Step

I use this platform in order to step up onto my rebounder. I have to use the rebounder in order to clean my lymph glands from cancer cells. I know this sounds gross, but it alleviates any more surgeries. The step is perfect. Hopefully when the cancer is in remission I will use it for step aerobics and accessing the rebounder.

I'm 63, have size 9 1/2 wide feet, and will probably not use this at music speeds higher than 130 BPM, so for me it's ok. It's super sturdy, but the top is a little more slippery than I'd like. It's fairly narrow, so doing over the top moves (see 1st two pictures) can be a little dicey if you're not careful. If your shoes have a softer, more rubbery sole, you'll do better than with these new-not-ever-worn-outside Rykas I have on. In any case, like I said - it's very sturdy, doesn't take up much room, and I get a great workout on it, so I think it was a good value. Ask me again what I think if I slip off and break a leg.

I love this Tone Fitness aerobic step platform so much that I bought a second one! It’s sturdy, lightweight, and perfect for step aerobics, squats, and strength training. I use two together for elevated squats while holding a hanging dumbbell, and the stability is excellent. The non-slip surface feels secure during high-intensity workouts, and the removable risers store neatly inside the step itself, making it easy to adjust height and keep everything compact. I was a little concerned because of its shortness in length, but felt I didn't need the more popular longer versions. And I was right! This step is perfect size for a home gym, and gives you everything you need. And it arrives ready to use. I love it, and I love its small footprint in my gym. I also love its bright colors helping it stand out against black or dark flooring (minimizing a trip hazard). Highly recommend it for sturdiness, light weight, appearance and functionality.

Nothing bad to say

Purchased this as a step for our elderly dog to help her get into the car. She is a 50 lb dog with arthritis. We purchased a cheap yoga mat from the store 5 and below and cut it to fit the top and sides of the step and used binder clips to attach it to the step to provide a non slip surface. It works perfectly for that.

I would have loved it if the center part with name had been on it. It was exactly what I wanted color and size was perfect and it seemed sturdy. But the hole in top made it unsafe to use.
